Kyle in parts is a real asset to the team at Ducati Sanford. I was looking for a certain part for my bike. Unfortunately the part didnt fit. We tried other solutions but we couldnt get it to fit correctly. He impressed me so much with his service I decided to order a different part through the store. First shocking thing is that you can arrange for a demo ride - that is very rare in the motorcycle business. The sales expert - Pat - is passionate about riding. He will tell you stories that he himself went thru. The manager - David - is a previous CCS rider and has a tattoo of 46 Valentino Rossi and 69 Nicky Hayden - if that doesn't tell you passion, nothing will. It is a very friendly environment and you will feel special buying a special machine like the Ducati. Finally, they introduce you personally to the service manage - Misty. When I bought the first Panigale V4R I knew it would be a special bike. Little did I know the hand off of the bike was just as special with everyone at sanford ducati there to applaud when taking possession of the keys really nice touch and the service dept has done an awesome job with upgrades. Extremely happy with buying at sanford exclusive Ducati.

Awesome shop! Brand new showroom exclusively for Ducati bikes and gear (connected to Sky Powersports). Large Scrambler section on it's own which is really cool. I worked with Jim and Jaine on the purchase of my first Ducati and they were great from intros to purchase and follow-ups. Only spent a few minutes with Steven (finance) and met the Ducati service director, Paul, just a very pleasant group.
